Pacific Biomedical Limited (“Pacific Biomedical”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand). Where applicable, we also handle health information in accordance with the Health Information Privacy Code 2020 (HIPC).

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our websites pacificbiomedical.nz and pacificbiomedical.co.nz (the “Site”) and to personal information collected through our sales and customer support activities.

1. Personal information we collect

We may collect personal information including:

  • billing and delivery address;

Health information (limited)

We do not provide medical advice, treatment or clinical services.

We do not require customers to provide health information to purchase products, however we may collect limited health information if you voluntarily provide it (for example in customer support communications), or where required for product safety, regulatory compliance, complaint handling, adverse event reporting or recalls. Any health information is handled in accordance with the HIPC.
